Our chat moderators will be running special chat games throughout the week. These are a fun way to make new friends and win bingo bonuses!

Chat games

In order to participate in the chat games you must be logged in to the chat room and playing bingo during the chat session. You also must have made a cash deposit in the last 30 days. Please allow 24 hours for any bingo bonuses won in the chat room to be credited to your account.

Below is a selection of games that you may see our chat moderators playing. Please familiarize yourself with how the games work so you can join in the fun!

Ongoing chat games

Bingo Buddies: Everyone can register a bingo buddy and if you are playing and in the chat room when your buddy wins, you win too! If your buddy wins let your chat master know by typing ***BUDDY*** in chat. You will then be awarded £1 in Bingo Bonus.

To register a buddy, please email support@bingo.virgingames.com with Bingo Buddy in the subject line. Be sure to include your own username and email along with those of your buddy. Please allow 24 hours after registration before claiming a bingo buddy award.

It is up to the discretion of the chat moderator as to which games are played and at what times, but in order to familiarize yourself with the rules here are some of the many games that you might see in our chat rooms:

Bingo Battleship: It's just like the game we all played as kids! Each CM has their own three-number ship placed around the flash board - either across, down or even diagonally. When a player wins any Bingo game during the specified period, they get a chance to make the first HIT by selecting a number from 1-90 (if the player that wins Bingo is not in chat, a roomie will be selected at random by the CM). If they make a HIT, they will receive a £1 Bonus and may continue to select additional numbers in an attempt to sink her! If the ship goes down, the player will receive: Birthday Bingo: Each player submits their birthday numbers: DD, MM, YY at the beginning of the game and the first player to have their three numbers come up and type ***BIRTHDAY*** in chat wins £2.

Blackjack Bingo: Each player selects three numbers so that the last digits add to 21 (for example: 27, 58, 66). The first chatter to type ***BLACKJACK*** after seeing their selected numbers called WINS £3!

Family Feud: The CM asks a question and roomies try to guess the most popular answer. The first roomie to guess correctly wins £1.

Lucky Dabber: The more roomies that win during the time allotted to this game, the higher the prize! The Lucky Dabber is handed to the first roomie that wins Bingo and the prize starts at £1. Each time another roomie wins a Bingo, the dabber is handed to the winner and 50p is added to the prize. At the end of the time period, the roomie holding the Lucky Dabber wins the prize!

Run for the Money: Each player in chat selects a number from 1-90. The first player to see their selected number called and to type ***MONEY*** may choose to either take £1 in Bingo Bonus or "Run for the Money"! If they choose to Run for the Money and their chosen number is called in the next Bingo game within 30 calls, they receive £5 in bingo bonus - otherwise they lose it all!

Trivia: The first person to answer the CMs question wins £1!

UK Celebrity Trivia: This special edition of trivia focuses on questions about well known UK celebrities. The first player to answer correctly after the question is asked and the 5-4-3-2-1 countdown wins!

Five Alive: Each player selects two numbers from 1-90. After the first 5 numbers in a game are called, if one number is Alive the player gets 50p, if both numbers are Alive (have been called) they get £1. Players must type ***ALIVE*** in chat after the first 5 numbers are called if any of their numbers are “Alive“.

Hammer the House: Each player in chat may select three consecutive numbers in one column. The House always has 11, 12 & 13. If a roomie sees all three of their numbers called before all three of the House numbers are called, they just need to type ***I BEAT THE HOUSE*** to win £3. The first player to do so wins!

Virgin! Bingo Keno: Players may submit their choice of six keno numbers from 1-90 in advance. The first 20 numbers called in a Bingo game will be used as the keno draw. When the CM enters “KENO FINISHED“, any player that has matched 2 or more numbers must type ***KENO*** in chat. The prizes for this game are as follows: Match More: Players may each select a number from 0-9. The last digit of the first number called determines which players (if any) are eligible to win for that game. For each of the first 20 calls, if the last digit matches the number selected by the eligible players, 5p is added to the prize. After the first 20 calls, each eligible player wins the accumulated prize.

Alpha BETS: Players may each select three different letters. If the first letter of the name of the next Bingo winner matches one of the letters chosen, the player wins £2.

Sliders: After the first number has been called in the Bingo game, the CM will determine the amount of bonus to be won by looking at the row in which the number was called and sliding over to the first number in that row. When a player IN chat wins Bingo, they'll receive 1/2 of this number as a bonus and their Nabors 2 UP and 2 DOWN get the bonus too! For example, if the first number out is 64, the bonus will be determined by sliding over to number 10 in the first column and dividing that number in half. The bonus in this example would be £5.

SkinName Groups: Each SkinName Group consists of 6 consecutive numbers on the call board. There are 15 Groups running from 1-6 to 84-90. Each player chooses one of the Groups by selecting a number between 1-90. When Bingo is called, the final number drawn determines the winning SkinName Group. For example, if the winning Full House Bingo number was #45, that number falls into the Group consisting of numbers 43-48.

All players who had selected a number in the winning group would win £1. Should the number picked by a player be the EXACT number that the game was won on, the player would receive £2.

Alphabet Bingo: The CM will assign each letter in the alphabet a special Bonus amount. Each Bingo winner who is present in the chat room will choose a letter and the CM will then reveal the bonus corresponding with the letter chosen. The Nabors 3 up and 3 down from the winning roomie will also receive the same bonus! Make your Nabors happy by playing bingo IN chat.

Up/Down Nabors: Each time a roomie claims a Full House Bingo while IN chat, they will receive a £2 bonus while their Nabors 2 UP and DOWN will receive a £1 Bingo Bonus! It pays off to be nice to your nabors!

Mystery Nabors: When a Full House Bingo is won, the CM will use the winning call to count Up and Down the list of players in chat to find the Twisted Nabors. For example, if the Full House was won on 63, the CM will count UP 6 names on the list of chatters and DOWN 3 to determine the winning Nabors. Chatters must be playing the Bingo game and be in chat to the £2 bonus.

Lucky Ducky (Random Draw): On certain occasions the CM will decided to conduct a Lucky Ducky draw. Every person that is playing bingo while in chat will be entered into the draw. Three winners will be drawn at random: 3rd prize is £1, 2nd prize is £2 and the grand prize is £3 in Bingo Bonus! Who will be the next Lucky Duck?
