House rake
The house earns money by taking what is called a 'rake' off hands played on cash tables. This is generally a percentage (small percentage) of the pot and the following table details our house rake structure. The first thing to note is that Virgin Poker will not take more than $3 out of any pot.

  1.00 4 to 10 0.10 When there are 4 or more players at the table the rake is 10c for every $1 in the pot.

$1 - $2 5.00 0 to 10 0.50 The rake is 50c for the first $5, then 25c for every $5 in the pot.
$2 - $4 15.00 0 to 10 0.25 Maximum rake per round is $1.

$3 - $6 20.00 0 to 10 1.00 The rake is $1 for the first $20. Thereafter the rake is 50c based on the sheduled pot amount.
